Hangzhou Xinabo Intelligent Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd is a China-based manufacturer of intelligent pipe threading equipment and cordless power tools for fire protection, construction and industrial maintenance work. The 21V Lithium-Ion Cordless Spray Gun (MT Model) — Industrial-Grade, 0-0.5MPa Adjustable Pressure is the coating tool in our Xiaojia cordless line: a brushless, battery-driven unit that applies paint, latex, anti-rust primer and floor paint at up to 1200 ml/min with no compressor, air hose or generator on site.
We build the MT model for crews that coat walls, slabs, steelwork, pipe and equipment where dragging an air line is impractical — refurbishment floors, plant rooms, fabrication yards and maintenance workshops.
Where the MT Model Fits in Our Cordless Range
Our lithium-ion spray gun range covers two working styles. The MT model is the industrial-grade option, built around an upgraded brushless motor with higher spray pressure and flow for large-area, high-demand coating where film build and adhesion matter. The compact 21V Lithium-Ion Cordless Spray Gun (Small Airplane Model) — High-Pressure Atomization, No Compressor Needed suits lighter finishing and touch-up work.
- MT model: 0-0.5 MPa adjustable pressure, 1200 ml/min adjustable flow, 0-300 mm adjustable atomization band — walls, floors, steel structures, machinery.
- Shared platform: the 21V battery pack also drives our brushless grinders, rotary hammers, impact wrenches and hole punchers, so one charging station serves a mixed crew.
- No air supply: the coating line is independent of compressor capacity, hose length and air quality.

Coating Types and Application Fit
The MT model handles paint, latex, anti-rust paint, floor paint and water-based coatings. Three duty patterns account for most orders we configure:
Engineering coating
Large-area wall spraying, floor paint on slabs and steel structure anti-rust coating where a continuous, well-bonded film is required.
Renovation
Full-house latex work, furniture refinishing and door, window and railing coating where a cordless gun reaches rooms without power.
Industrial maintenance
Equipment repainting, pipe anti-rust coating and large machinery coating carried out in the plant rather than the paint shop.
Coating viscosity governs nozzle choice and thinning. We work to the coating manufacturer's stated thinning ratio and confirm the nozzle set at order stage; a trial panel on the actual substrate is the reliable way to lock the flow and pressure settings before production spraying begins.
Configuration: Nozzles, Flow and Pattern
Flow rate, spray pattern and gun angle adjust independently, so the same gun can move from a broad wall pass to a narrow edge band without changing hardware. The starting points below are the ones we discuss most often; final settings are set on a test panel.
| Coating task |
Pattern and flow starting point |
Pressure band |
| Interior latex on masonry |
Broad pattern, mid to high flow |
Mid range of 0-0.5 MPa |
| Floor paint on concrete |
Broad pattern, high flow, overlapping passes |
Upper range of 0-0.5 MPa |
| Anti-rust primer on steel and pipe |
Medium pattern, moderate flow |
Mid to upper range |
| Doors, frames, railings, furniture |
Narrow pattern, low flow |
Lower range, adjusted for thin coatings |
Battery Platform and Shift Logistics
Every MT model ships with two batteries and a fast charger, so a gun can stay in service through a shift while the spare charges. Runtime depends on coating viscosity, flow setting, pattern width, ambient temperature and battery condition — we size the battery count against your daily spraying hours rather than quoting a single figure.
- For long shifts away from mains power, our Backpack Lithium Battery Pack — 20Ah/30Ah, Powers Multiple 21V-60V Tools Simultaneously extends the working window across a mixed tool set; connector and voltage compatibility with the spray gun is confirmed when we configure the order.
- Charging is done off the gun at a single station, which keeps batteries out of the spray zone and away from solvent vapours.
- Battery quantity, charger input voltage and plug type are fixed at order stage for the destination market.
Surface Preparation and Coating Sequence
Adhesion is decided before the gun is triggered. Steelwork and pipe need rust, mill scale and old loose coating removed, and concrete needs to be cured, dry and free of dust and release agents. Our XJ.908 21V Lithium-Ion High-Magnetic Brushless Angle Grinder — 100mm Disc, Cutting/Grinding/Polishing runs on the same 21V platform, so preparation and coating can be handled by one crew with one battery family.
Sequence we recommend for protective work: prepare and degrease, apply primer within the coating supplier's overcoat window, then build the finish coat in overlapping passes at a consistent gun distance and speed. Masking, edge sealing and a wet-film check on the first section prevent rework on the full area.
Operation, Safety and Daily Maintenance
- Anti-drip and anti-clog design reduces material spitting at trigger release and keeps the nozzle clear between coats; the supplied cleaning kit is used at the end of each session.
- Flush by coating type: water-based coatings flush with water, solvent-based with the matching thinner, then dry the nozzle and passage before storage.
- Respiratory and skin protection are required for solvent and isocyanate-free coatings alike; ventilate enclosed rooms and keep the gun away from ignition sources.
- Ergonomics: the body is shaped for extended handheld work, with flow, pattern and angle adjusted at the gun rather than by swapping parts.
- Spares: nozzles, seals and cleaning consumables are available as separate items; our service team supports fault diagnosis remotely before parts are shipped.
Quality Control, Documentation and Acceptance
Xinabo has operated since 2010, holds 30 patents and the National High-Tech Enterprise title, and runs a 10,000 m² factory with a 99.9% finished-product rate. Our certification file includes attestation of conformity to the Machinery Directive and the Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive, and copies are supplied with export orders on request.
Acceptance for a spray gun order is agreed at order stage and recorded against the declared parameters: pressure band, flow rate, atomization range, trigger and anti-drip response, battery and charger function, and accessory count against the packing list. Units are packed with the gun, dual batteries, fast charger, cleaning kit and multi-size nozzles, and the carton marking follows the labelling you specify.
For project teams, our technical staff provide operating demonstrations, setting guidance for the coatings in use, and training for buyer partners on request.
Information We Use to Configure Your Solution
A workable proposal needs the working point, not just a quantity. We ask for the following when preparing a configuration and quotation:
- Coating type, brand and thinning ratio; target wet or dry film thickness.
- Substrate — masonry, concrete, carbon steel, galvanised steel, aluminium or timber — and its preparation state.
- Area to be coated per shift and the number of operators using the gun.
- Site conditions: indoor or outdoor, ventilation, ambient temperature, distance from the charging point.
- Battery count, charger input voltage and plug standard for the destination market.
- Nozzle sizes and spare consumables to include; packaging, labelling and documentation requirements.
- Whether a live demonstration by a product expert is required before the order is placed.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the MT model need a compressor or air line?
No. It is a self-contained 21V lithium-ion cordless spray gun driven by an upgraded brushless motor, so it runs from its battery pack with no compressor, hose or generator. That is what makes it usable on refurbishment floors and in plant areas where an air supply is not available.
What pressure and flow does it deliver?
Spray pressure is adjustable from 0 to 0.5 MPa (0-5 bar) and flow is adjustable up to 1200 ml/min, with an atomization range of 0-300 mm. Pressure, flow and pattern are set independently, which lets one gun cover broad wall passes and narrow trim work.
Which coatings can it spray?
Paint, latex, anti-rust paint, floor paint and water-based paints. For high-viscosity industrial coatings we confirm the nozzle size and thinning ratio with you before shipment, and a test panel on your actual substrate is the reliable way to fix the final settings.
What is included in a standard set?
Each set contains the industrial spray gun, two batteries, a fast charger, a cleaning kit and multi-size nozzles. Spare nozzles, seals and cleaning consumables can be added to the same order.
Can we see the gun working before ordering?
Yes. We arrange a live demonstration presented by a product expert, either at our Hangzhou facility or online for overseas teams, covering setup, pattern adjustment, coating application and end-of-session cleaning. Send your coating type and substrate details with the request so the demonstration matches your job.
How do we handle maintenance and spare parts?
Daily cleaning of the nozzle and material passage carries most of the maintenance load. Beyond that, nozzles, seals and cleaning items are stocked as separate parts, and our technical team works through fault symptoms with your operators before any parts are dispatched.
